Yes, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead, especially for weekends and wellness rituals. You can book via WhatsApp or our booking page. For groups of 3 or more, please contact us 48 hours in advance.
Just arrive in comfortable clothes. We provide everything: robe, slippers, towels, and quality products. If you have long hair, we recommend tying it back for facial and back sessions.
You can cancel or reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% charge. If you need to change your appointment, please message us on WhatsApp in advance.
Absolutely! We offer couples massages in a private room, a Romantic Couples Package, and the Ixchel Ritual for two. Perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or a special afternoon together.
Yes, we offer massages and wellness experiences at home or at your hotel in Cancún and Tulum. Our trained therapists come to you. You can request this from the 'Home Service' section or message us on WhatsApp.
